A Program for High-Achieving
Athletes & Performers
It's Game Day, and as you get closer to the start of your event, the pressure builds! Your mind is less clear, and your body sensations are more noticeable. You know your mindset will significantly affect your ability to perform your best. You remember past experiences of underperforming.

The energy comes from tapping into the fighting aspect of the "fight, flight, or freeze" reaction which everyone experiences in response to a threatening situation. This physical reaction is an instinct and must be compensated for. Each athlete must adjust their relaxation and energy balance to fit their sport and competitive situation.
